What you see above are our three Fajitas specialties: Crocodile, Prawns (shrimps) and Kangaroo. But they're just a tiny sample of the many exceptional dishes to choose from at Buckin' Mex.

Whatever you select, you can be assured that we have used only the freshest produce available. What's more, the recipe will be as authentic as possible. Not only do we take advantage of our extensive experience in Mexican restaurants to source ingredients rarely found elsewhere in this country, we are prepared to start from scratch to make our own.

This extensive 10-page bill of fare features Pan (hot bread), Botanas (dips), Ensalada (salads), Antojito (entrees), Comidas (mains), Combos, Kids' Choice, Otras Cosas (side orders), Postres (desserts), Cafe (coffee) and our Weekly Specials.

You'll find all the traditional favourites like Guacamole, Taquitos, Quesadillas, Enchiladas, Burritos and BBQ'd Beef Ribs. But for those who would like to try something different, we offer more unusual dishes, including Spinach con Queso, Buckin' Cactus Salad, Drunken Chicken, Crocodile Fajitas (shown above), Mexican Mahi Mahi and Kahlua Mocha Mousse.

Buckin' Mex Lunch/Bar/Take-Away Menu
Our Lunch Menu is only a couple of pages shorter and includes most of the same Hot breads, Dips, Salads, Entrees, Mains, Combos, Kids' Choices, Side Orders, Desserts, Coffee and Weekly Specials, as well as Abrigo (wraps).

From Monday through Friday, our Business Lunch Special gives you a choice of Calamari or Taquitos as an entree, Fajitas or Buckin' Eye Fillet as your main course and Chocolate Kahlua Mouse or Banana, Rum and White Chocolate Chimichanga for dessert. All for just $25.

You can also choose from five 'quick-bite' Lunch-Time Specials Monday through Friday. The Taco Combo, Mexican Wrap Combo and Stack Combo all cost less than $10. The Rib Combo and Cajun Chicken or Caesar Combo are under $16.

Buckin' Mex Drinks List
A quick glance will show you why we call our cantina the Tequila Bar. We serve a variety of fruit-flavoured and wood-matured tequilas and more kinds of margaritas than you'll believe. In three sizes - small, large and carafe. Featuring ingredients like strawberry and mango, coconut and pineapple, blue curacao and Midori (the Japanese melon liqueur).

Sangria comes by the glass or carafe.

You can order pre-dinner cocktails like an Elephant Walk, Olé and Long Island Ice Tea. And after-dinner cocktails like a Black Russian, El Burro and Kick in the Balls.

We have light, mid-strength, premium and Mexican beers.

And specially selected domestic red, white and sparking wines. In mini and 750-ml bottles. With prices ranging from $5.95 to $6.75 and $17 to $67. Plus two Spanish wines: Viña Esmeralda and Sangre de Toro.
